Overdosing with Viagra used to be a farfetched idea but the reported death of a 49-year old man in Rome allegedly due to Viagra overdose has just made that danger a possibility if not a reality. While Viagra is a safe drug as evident with the FDA-approval, its intake should however be regulated.

The possibility of an over the counter Viagra is not remote but consumers and other health advocates will definitely use these dangers to combat such possibility. If Viagra can pose danger as a prescription drug then making it available over the counter can pose an even greater danger.
