Spending a day at the beach watching bikini’s and muscled men are not the only reason men and women get that “excited” feeling. It turns out that the sun actually increases Vitamin D, and as this vitamin goes up in our bodies, researches have found that so does testosterone.

At 40 to 60 percent more in men than women, testosterone is the primary hormone in men related to sex. It controls muscle growth, linear growth, and bone density. It’s also important in mental and physical energy, and erectile function.
