Quitting Smoking can benefit erections in Men
If you smoke and have erectile dysfunction, you might want to consider on cutting the habit. According to a recent study done in Hong Kong, more than 50 % of smokers have erectile dysfunction. Quitting can drastically improve a mans erections or sex live, and results can be shown immediately after dropping the nasty habit.
Hundreds of men took part in this Chinese study which only focuses on smokers and their sexual health. Half of the men suffer from ED and fewer than 25 % of them are seeking treatment for it. This gives men who want to quit smoking a 90 % chance of being able to get better erections and improve their overall sex life.

Smokers need to be aware of the risks their habit is causing. While some may not notice ED immediately, as their smoking progresses, they are at high risks of developing impotence along with other problems such as hypertension or heart disease. Once a smokers decides to stop, he should be able to notice an improvement in under 6 months. E-Cigarettes may assist men in quitting.
