Erectile Dysfunction in Men under 30?
The past eighteen months has shown just how fast the world can change. The economic meltdown of the developed countries of the world has taken its toll in many ways. The most troublesome of the problems is the health of the world’s population.
People are very worried about their economic futures. Will they have a job tomorrow, and more importantly money problems? How will they pay for the rent, bills, mortgages, and even food? No one is more affected by this than people under 30.
And because of this recession induced stress, these younger people are being affected by sleep disorders, diet problems, and one in ten are suffering from impotence. What? A disease of the elderly affecting the ability of 30 year olds to get it up?
A recent survey has revealed a sharp rise in the number of patients suffering from stress. Data from the Family Doctor Association showed that more than 75% of general practitioners have seen this increase.
Of these doctors, over 30% are prescribing antidepressants to these young adults to help cope with the stress. About 40% of them have referred their patients to counselors to deal with their issues.
According to Dr. Peter Swinyard, chairman of the Family Doctor Association, money problems have always been inherent in modern society, but the issues we are faced with this new recession are simply to much for many people.
What are the easiest and cheapest ways to start helping your body and soul deal with these additional stresses? Eat properly and exercise. Give the body a solid foundation to start with. |
