The AMI Clinic closes its doors at Harley Street in London UK
The Advanced Medical Institute (AMI Clinic), known for their nasal sprays that are said to cure Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation, have closed their doors at Harley Street in London. This closure was lead by UK trading standard officials and by the looks of it, the AMI clinics will not be back any time soon.
Unlike the Boston Medical Group which requires a personalized assessment and possible injection therapy, the AMI clinic is known by men for their nasal sprays. Although there has been recent controversy involving AMI, some men claim the spray works and other say it is a scam. There have been mixed reviews, most of them controversial.

Trading standards officers posed as clients Three undercover trading standards officers posed as clients seeking help and treatment. All had doctor consultations at AMI, but no physical examination was done to determine the cause of their sexual dysfunction. They were simply provided a questionnaire to fill out and asked a few questions by the doctor. All three of them were later prescribed the nasal spray treatment. After concluding the doctor’s visit another employee of AMI was appointed to determine payment and stressed that if they do not immediately treat their condition, there relationship would suffer, for they cannot satisfy their wife or partner. The officials were asked to pay £2,995 for the treatment. They even received a money back guarantee. The guarantee was not clear, it failed to mention they would have to go through all necessary alternative treatments if the nasal spray did not work, in order to get their money refunded.
