Tried Cialis last night for the first time after having mild ED since my mid 20s (40s now) that got slightly worse over the past year or two.

Took 10mg brand cialis and very happy with the results, although it did take around 3 hours to work. Strong erections last night and throughout the day today. I think I will go down to 5mg and see how that goes. I'm getting rock hard with even the slighted stimulation, which isn't really necessary.

No real side effects except possibly a bit of flushing. Not sure if I imagined it.

Four days later, I would say some effects noticeable for 3-4 days (greatly reduced after the second day though). No side effects other than maybe that slight flushing the first night.

Second time I tried dropping to 5mg and it didn't really work, although I still got the flushing (pretty sure it was real this time). I guess I will stick with 10mg for now, although I may try the 5mg daily regimen at some point.

i didnt hav much luck with cialis 10...
i think i tried after 2 hours of the tablet...
does taking food prior to tablet have an influence?

I don't know about the food. I've tried it both ways and haven't noticed much difference. Did you try again several hours later? I get good effect for a 2-3 days but not anything at all for the first few hours.

I tried 10mg and had flushing for about 2hrs and a pain in right temple for several hours the effects were great for me second time I tried 5mg with little effect I took another 5mg with much better results, the 3rd 10mg a week later I was exhausted after 20 mins we waited 15 mins and tried again 4 tries over 1 1/4 hours and no ejaculation we we both wiped out and gave up and decided to attempt to increase our stamina it seems most people think it shouldn't matter to 60 and 64 year olds. I disagree.
