Levitra and Grapefruit?

Does anyone one if one can take Levitra and eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice? My doctor is on holidays and I can not reach him for a few weeks but have a date this weekend and wanted to know if any of you guys have any experience with this? I know that eating or drinking grapefruit juice is not good with medications but does it affect levitra or myself negativley?

I would say no but I am not a doctor so go to the nearest clinic and ask on of the doctors there. You should never assume it is ok and make sure you can do this. I have heard that grapefruits are not good with any sort of medication

Grapefruit does not go well with any medication but I agree, get a hold of your doctor and confirm this with him. I use to take antidepressants and my doctor strictly told me not do eat anything that has grapefruit in it, so be careful and ask your doctor..

Did you ever find out from your doctor if it was ok? I would stay away from grapefruit if you are on any medication... I think it might have a negative impact with any medication you take.
