Question - about price and generics???

Hello,

I'm new ... so bear with me.

Here, in southern Ontario, Canada, I can get 4 * 100mg brand name/box Viagra at my non-discount walk in pharmacy for $68 (Canadian). That's $C 16.50 per. I could probably save another $5 by using WalMart.

Why is the same product so much more expensive at an online pharmacy in the USA? 10*100 is around USD $172 - that's at least 25% more expensive online than I can get walking in to my local.

I've read the concerns about Generics ... I didn't think Viagra and/or Cialis were "old" enough to be generic ... does anyone know if they are?

Questions...
1. Why is the US online pharmacy so much more expensive?
2. Are Viagra/Cialis available as legit generics yet?

I just checked the comparison charts and you are right.

IN LONNIES AND TONNIES:
Canada: Viagra 100mg 4 pills cost = $68
USA: Amerimedrx 100mg 5 pill cost = $132 - 26.4 (extra pill) = $105

So they are about 20% more expensive. I think that buying viagra online saves embarrassment and something guys are very shy about when they walk into the local pharmacy. Also in Canada meds are so much cheaper than in the US, so you have a huge advantage.

As far as generics, I would recommend sticking with genuine products for ED becasue generic are not approved yet and still might not be approved for a while..

No they are not available as legit generics in the US. I do not know about other countries but they are not as strict to generic versions of medications. I would always buy genuine Viagra or Cialis if you live in the US. Make sure that you do not fall into any tricks, there are allot of pharmacies out there selling Viagra but some of the pills can be fake so always choose a reputable one.

Generic are tempting to buy and I am going to Canada on business next month so I will be checking the prices for sildenafil there. I still have a recent prescription from my doc that I have not filled

Let me know how the prices were pilot... I took a huge pay cut and will be needing to re-fill my RX sometime next month. If I cannot afford the brand name I will have to drive over to Canada and check out the generic pricing..

Me three, let me know how the prices were. I sure could use some cost savings for my levitra? I pay over $300 every 2 months for Levitra and to be honest it is getting expensive for me.
