1st I would like to say great site. I have been surfing the site for a while & thanks for all the info but I believe I'm ready to try some of advice that I've reviewed from our members post.

I have a premature ejaculation problem. I'm ready to try the drug solution. I'm also thinking about the BMG solution. I would like some advice on Priligy/Dapoxetine as for this is what i've been reading works well. I would also like to try the BMG injection therapy but I think the long term cost might be a problem, I could afford the 1st & 2nd batch but long term that is quite expensive.

So in short if anybody has any experience in buying & using Priligy, I could use the help. Thank you in advance & I look fwd to any comments.

Before you decide to take any drugs, I suggest you try something simple: e.g. masturbation a few hours before sex. This usually works. If it doesn't, Priligy may be an option (I never tried it) or even Vigamed (oral phentolamine).

Vigamed blocks sympathetic action in the penis, so it will not just improve your erections but also delay your ejaculation. Side effects include hypotension and headaches, so always consult your doctor first.

Kegel exercises and particularly edging helped me. Both easily searched with your favorite search engine. I got to the point I could cum when I wanted to and last as long as I wanted to.
Ironic, now at 53 I'm on the other end of the spectrum and in need of finding the best ED treatment.
