Problem receiving Zenerx in Europe!

Since Zenerx is a natural product made in the US from a trusted company,i thought i should give it a try.
So i ordered it online from the official Zenerx site.After about 10 days,i received a phone call from UPS Greece,saying that there was a package for me kept in the customs and if i want to get it i should go there and pay the custom fee!Ok,i didn't like that so much ,but in any case i would go there,pay the custom fee and receive the package.
There was another problem though!Since it was a natural supplement which cannot be found in the Greek market,i should apply to National Organization for drugs(it covers supplements as well) and request permission for importing Zenerx to Greece,a process which would take time and money and would rise the custom fees even more,since for every day that the package is kept in the customs,the custom fees are getting higher.
So,I decided to abandon the package and give an order to UPS to send it back to sender and i sent an email to Zenerx customer care explaining what happened.They wrote back saying they don't understand why i didn't accept the package(I cannot understand what it is that they actually don't understand!),but they said they would send me a refund except for the shipping which is fair i guess,i hope they keep their promise.
In any case,i would like to ask,has this ever happened to anyone from you who lives in Europe and ordered from overseas?
Hopefully,here in Greece,i still can go to a pharmacy and buy levitra or cialis without prescription,if that changes in the future,i wonder how i will be able to order from overseas!

I order my Vigamed pills from a U.S. website and I've never had any problems with customs. And I never had to pay anything. Natural supplements don't even go through customs here.
