Hi all

Just wondering what you all think but it appears to me that there is culture that the higher dose you take the better the result with herbal.

I am finding that higher doses for me anyway seems to create an imbalance in my system and causing mild side effects.

Could it be we are thinking that herbal is like medication take a high dose and bang your up and running.

I am starting to form the opinion that low doses over longer periods and allowing to build could be a better option. I dont seem to get any side effects at least and can monitor if there is the benefit i am after.
