Default Nuts and Almonds before Bed

For all you guys who take viagra and are looking for a better alternative try eating lots of nuts before bed.. There is a good way to test this natural remedy for Erectile dysfunction. Eating a few handfuls of nuts and almonds before going to bed and seeing if you get an erection in the morning "morning wood" can let you know that blood flow is getting better. TRY it...

I guess that is a good way of testing to see if natural foods like that work for you. Let me run to the store and buy some watermelons, nuts and almonds to test this tonight

It also has to do with your diet and weight. I had noticed over the years that my diet was terrible and I was a little overweight? I changed my diet 6 months ago and have been working out at the gym for almost 5 months straight now. Prior to all this my morning wood erections where very week, now I get at least 3 morning woods a week that are rock hard I would say this is a good way of testing your ED

Good point. I have a fish fillet every night with almonds on top, they sure seem to be a good tip for erectile dysfunction

Default Arginine in nuts and peanuts

Nuts and peanuts have a very high arginine content. Why buy L-arginine pills when you can get more arginine by eating peanuts?

I think it is the Zinc in almonds that works. I take Zinc pills, too. Seems to help in combination with the tons of other stuff I take.
