Herbal viagra or alternative to viagra?

Isn't there a proven clinical alternative to Viagra, some sort of herbal Viagra that works 100%? I just do not believe in stuff like redroosterpills or horny goat weed. If someone knows something I don't please let me know because I sure am curious on which really works?
