Liquid or tablets for horny goat weed

What is better liquid or tablets of horny goat weed? My friend takes the tablets but I recently bought the liquid drops only to find that they are not drops you have to take 1-2 spoon fulls of it? Tastes nasty so are tablets better?

The liquid for sure. I have the liquid horny goat weed and just take 2 caps full every morning. In the bottle they give you just use the cap, fill it up and take two of them instead of using the spoon all the time.

I have the liquid at my office. Good point to take cap fulls instead of spoon fulls. I usually just take a quick sip or two and consider that a spoon full. Every one in my office who has seen me thought I was drinking LOL I had to explain to them it was horny goat weed and not Alcohol, to the guys that is JAJAJA

Yeah liquid all the way, the pills take way to long and do not have much effect on me but the liquid drops sure do...

The only down fall is the liquid drops do not last to long, I can go through one of those bottles in as little as 10 days. the herbal tabs last me a month, I only take one a day. With the liquid I take a spoon full a day and the taste is terrible. Feels like you are drinking peppermint extract ...
