New Cialis user

My Dr has prescribed Cialis "weekend pill" and I am unsure what to expect when I take it. I do not have a problem getting an erection, but as soon as I have ejaculated I go soft and leave my partner unsatisfied. Will Cialis help with this? Or should I be taking something different? Can anyone advise?

This is not a medical problem, it is perfectly normal to go soft after ejaculation. I believe it is related to an increase of sympathetic activity in the penis (the sympathetic nervous systems controls ejaculation and detumescense) and it happens to everyone.

You'll probably find you can go again sooner which may help please your partner. If not you will need to seek out PE treatments. Not exactly the same thing as ED.
