Help with diagnosing my exact condition

Hi all I am a 33 year old male from NYC.

I don't know how to define the type of ED I have exactly but maybe you can help?

I have no real problems getting an erection when masturbating with porn but I can struggle when with a girl.

I can often get a semi-hard erection but after being inside it's difficult to maintain a fully hard erection.

I notice that it's most difficult to keep my erection when a girl is on top.

ED meds help a bit staying hard for longer but not massively with the 'on top' position and I wonder if this is psychological?
