This is what I find strange about your situation.

In cases of psychological ED there's usually some type of pattern: losing the erection just before penetration; attaining no erection at all; not being able to ejaculate; not being able to attain an erection on a first date; etc. Your erection problems seem to be random, I wonder why.

Again, only your urologist can help you. Keep us posted on your progress.

Your patterns is very similar to mine. A month ago my sex life was perfect normal, now it's crap. It goes back and forth seemingly randomly and it's impossible to say why.

Like you, when I am in a "dry spell" I become a complete wreck. This causes a sort of feedback cycle where my anxiety just makes my ED worse. When I bottom out I don't even get random erections during the day or morning erections or anything.

At some point, I will be able to have sex again--sometimes with the help of PDE-5 inihibitors, although they don't help much when I'm bottomed out--and I'll have a good streak. Sometimes I'll be fine for two months at a time or more...then bam, for no reason, an ED episode, depression, and it all starts again.

I pretty much hate my life. I hope you can find some peace.

Some of my friends know about my ED, I treat it like it's not a big deal, I trust my friends.

I talked to a urologist the other day, he prescribed me "cialis for daily use" 5mg, and suggested more foreplay. I set up a blood test to see if I'm low on testosterone or something like that.

Here's my problem. We'll have great sex for a few days, then I can't get it up for a few days and become a manic depressive where my inability to have sex is all I can think about. It bothers me at work, at school, everywhere.

Then, we'll go for it again and I get a rock-hard erection and we have sex and all is well again.

This has been going on for over a month. I need something to stop this completely. I don't understand why this is happening. Maybe I'll ask for the injection thing, running out of options right now.
