Default Nightly use of Viagra helps non-responders to start responding to the pills

    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15582254

Nightly PDE-5 inhibitors for several months may be the most underrated treatment on this forum. Numerous studies show that taking a pill every night before bed has long-term beneficial effects on the arteries in the penis. In these studies, men's erections were better even when they weren't taking pills anymore.

This above study with rats shows that those who didn't respond well to Viagra started responding after they had Viagra for only 8 weeks. This is huge!

Cost is obviously the biggest problem. With a few new PDE-5 inhibitors going through clinical trials, and Viagra set to lose its patent in 2012, hopefully the prices should go down in a few years.

This is a GREAT study I had to share. After only four weeks, penile blood flow increased from 7.0 ± 0.6 ml/dl per minute to 11.2 ± 2 ml/dl per minute. That's awesome!

Only one month on a nightly pill did that? I think we'd all be nuts to not try this!

Absolutely, there are several studies that confirm this. Nightly use of Viagra can be beneficial.

I believe, however, this only works in cases of vasculogenic ED; I'm not sure if this a good idea if your case is psychological. Only your urologist can tell what's right for you.
