Get Off Finasteride Flavio!
Seriously you are deluding yourself it is this drug causing your ed yet you sing it's priases everywhere! You are doing yourself long term health damage if you don't wise up, and the % of side affected users is much larger than they are telling.
Propecia/proscar is possibly the biggest drug causing ed in young men today.

I only mentioned finasteride twice and I didn't praise it: in fact, I clearly said it could cause ED.

Flavio, you know my position on this - I think anyone experiencing any degree of ED who is on Propecia/Finasteride should quite it immediately. I don't recall to what degree I shared my story, but I took Propecia for more than a year with no negative side effects whatsoever, then suddenly, I couldn't get a firm erection to save my life. New porn, a new girl, whatever, I could only work up about a 75% erection. My primary doctor said it was all in my head, but I stopped the Propecia and my erections came back within the month. I started Propecia again, and in a couple weeks, goodbye erections. Stopped it, and again, they came back.
I went to a urologist to see about getting Viagra so I could take the Propecia and have good erections. He told me that he could do that, but I needed to think about something. He said, "Propecia messes with your hormones - that's its job. You know right now that if you stop it, you recover, but you have to ask yourself how many years will you be taking this drug - 20, 30? At what point will you lose the ability to recover from it? I can tell you based on the number of guys I see in your same situation, the 2-3% of guys they say have sexual side effects is WAY underestimated. If it were me, I wouldn't touch the stuff." This was a Urologist speaking.
So, I stopped Propecia after a year and a half. Fast forward ten years and where am I? About to start Testosterone Replacement Therapy because my testosterone levels are low. I highly suspect the time I spent on Propecia is what triggered a lasting negative impact on my hormone system.
I am not preaching at you, just sharing my experience. You have thrown everything but the kitchen sink at your ED while staying on a drug that suppresses Testosterone ... I would stongly urge you to get off this stuff and evaluate.
(By the way, I started shaving my head and I get more girls now than I did with hair - so don't assume losing your hair is the end of the world. I always thought it was but have been pleasantly surprised.)

Flavio you defend it vociferously on youtube and hair loss sites.
I came off this drug last year and it has ruined my life, I crashed after quitting and have side effects way beyond ed. I will likely be on TRT and not sure if it will even work in most areas. Ok my case is extreme but there are many many men in similar positions. The side effects % is crap and they don't even mention the numerous other physical and mental sides. I have myself to blame for takin this for years with no real need, that and bad luck as my supply got stuck in transit last year and going off and back on again made it worse.
I cannot believe the FDA approved such a toxic drug for cosmetic purposes, and now we watch them pass over other drugs that can help with ed.

I posted some comments on YouTube a few months ago, but I was referring to my own personal experience, I was not defending finasteride - or, at least, that wasn't my intention. I am better informed now and I take all these negative testimonials very seriously. Today I wouldn't recommend finasteride to anyone - it's effective but its side effects can be quite serious and sometimes irreversible.
It wasn't finasteride that caused my ED problems, they started much earlier. I may have suffered some mild sexual side effects (watery semen, loss of libido), but not impotence. My urologist confirmed that my case is purely psychological and, thanks to Cialis and other treaments, my sex life is now almost normal. Anyway, I intend to stop taking Proscar. I don't want to take any more risks and my sex life is more important than my hair.

Glad to hear it, Flavio! I think you're making a smart decision.

Good to hear you've seen sense Flavio. In a way I'm sorry you've decided to stop as it will likely mean you won't have to post here anymore, and you do good research!
I wish I'd taken more notice of the side effects instead of just forgetting about them until it was too late...if I had the slightest idea about the extent of the sides and had even kept looking at hair loss sites with testimonials of much milder effects I wouldn't have touched the stuff.
