My AMI experience
I've decided to post a new thread about the controversial AMI - Advanced Medical Institute.
In December 2009 I'm going to London, so I'll take this opportunity to visit their new clinic (100 Harley Street) and try their products. I promise to describe my whole experience on this thread and I'll try to be as thorough and objective as I possibly can.
These guys sell an apomorphine nasal spray for ED and, until Zoraxel reaches the market in 2013, this may be the best solution available for psychogenic ED. Why? Because apomorphine is a centrally acting drug - i.e. it acts directly on the brain - and the nasal spray seems to be an effective method of delivery.
I'm very confident this treatment works but I still have misgivings: their prices are outrageous and apparently they don't sell small doses of the drug, only an 18 month supply! (I still have to confirm this, though)
I already had a first contact with their clinic. I called their advice line to book an appointment and the next day one of their doctors phoned me. Everyone on the phone was friendly and efficient and it's reassuring to know that this clinic is run by legitimate English doctors. I didn't book my appointment yet because it's too early, but in December I'll definitely be there. I'll keep you posted.

Let us all know how it works. I'd be interested to know how that turns out for you. Weird that they only sell it in an 18 month supply.
Personally I'd only need it for a few months with a new girl. 18 months is way too long.

Here's another article on the AMI controversy.
Again, experts don't dispute the efficacy of these treatments but they mention unethical long-term contracts with their patients.
I'll have to look into that carefully before signing anything...

I'm starting to have second thoughts about this. I mean, I already have a regimen that works beautifully (Cialis, Vigamed, Seredyn), why should I spend a small fortune in a new ED drug?

To be our guinea pig!
Just kidding. I assumed you just wanted 1) a vacation overseas and 2) to see if it was any better than your current medication.

Flavio, do you take Cialis (or any of the PDE-5 drugs) and Vigamed at the same time? Is that safe?

Yes, I take Cialis and Vigamed at the same time and I'm very happy with the results. It is safe but you should take low doses and watch your blood pressure (both drugs can lower blood pressure).

Flavio, what dose of Cialis and Vigamed do you take - half a tab of each, for instance?
