Hi Flavio
In Australia AMI advertise like theres no tomorrow its on every radio station, television channel even if they could during kids morning playtime shows. They are a money making machine.
About 8 years ago i went to them before the nasal spray and set me up with injection myself with not sure what it was but it was directily into the penis.
The liquid had to be refrigerated etc etc alot of stuff they didn't tell me and it was just a chore etc.
Point is that i had to have the credit card out before i even got through the front door and at the time it wasnt cheap if i recall about $500 for 3 month supply.
Cheers

Cialis is also my #1 drug and I've been taking it for almost two years with very good results but yes, you're right: sometimes it seems to be a bit erratic.
If you want something to add to Cialis, I suggest VIGAMED (oral phentolamine). Both drugs work in entirely different ways (Cialis is a PDE-5 inhibitor, Vigamed is an alpha blocker) and there's a great synergy between them.
I don't trust herbal remedies. Most of them are completely useless and some may actually do more harm than good. I once tried a yohimbe supplement and side effects were unbearable (anxiety, headaches, insomnia, tachycardia), I had to drop it.
The only 'natural' treatment I trust is PRELOX (L-arginine aspartate, pycnogenol). It's safe and doesn't mess with your hormone levels but it's just a food supplement. You have to take it everyday and you won't see immediate results, unlike Viagra or Vigamed.

It's time for an update on my AMI experience.
Today, Saturday the 19th of December, I got my first supply of AMI meds on the mail. They came via Express mail and there were no problems with customs. (Actually, this was my second supply of meds, they had already given me a package of meds at the London Bridge clinic).
The package included a nasal spray, a DVD and some apomorphine lozenges. The lozenges were a big surprise because I never ordered any but I'll try them soon. I have to keep them in the fridge and, unfortunately, they only last for three months.
I was afraid they weren't going to send me anything, so this was a relief. My final verdict: AMI is not a scam and their products work, but their service is far from perfect. If you have a lot of money to spend, go ahead and give AMI a chance, but try the conventional ED meds (PDE-5 inhibitors, Vigamed) first.

Ever since I started using the nasal spray, it seems that I ejaculate a bit faster. It's weird, it should have the opposite effect. When I was on Cialis + Vigamed alone, it took me ages to reach an orgasm. I don't know if this is a direct consequence of the nasal spray or if this is just in the head. Anyway, it's not very important: even after I ejaculate, I'm able to maintain my erection thanks to these drugs.
