Great report, Flavio. Keep us posted on how the spray works ... it's very interesting. I'd like to know how it works in absence of all the other stuff you take, so we know exactly how well the nasal spray works on its own.

Thanks Nemo.
A couple more thoughts on this:
a) I have no idea why aren't other companies investing in these nasal sprays. The sprays work, they do no interact with food and they act much faster than oral drugs - in my case, less than 20 minutes!
b) And speaking of investment, why haven't the big pharma companies improved their treatments? Viagra alone turned Pfizer into the biggest pharma company in the world and yet they haven't moved a finger to improve their original product. Viagra is exactly the same as it was 10 years ago. (I'm not an expert but maybe they could add an extra ingredient to its formula: phentolamine or vitamin E)
c) Apomorphine and phentolamine are effective ED treatments but the big companies don't seem to care.
d) The fact that the AMI sprays only last for three months is a major flaw. They probably don't have the means or the knowledge (or the will - they're already making billions, why should they bother?!) to improve their product.
e) I hope they don't 'forget' to send me the remaining treatments. I don't trust these guys.

The amount of Vitamin E required is 400-500iu, which is about 2000%-3000% RDA, so that may be a problem getting in a approved drug? Vitamins are unregulated afaik, so might be easier getting away with massive doses like that.

Interesting, I had no idea.
Where did you get this info?

The article you linked to some time ago to a trial of PDE-5 Inibitors + Vitamin E. The dosage they gave was in grams and you need to use some simple conversion to get iu to grams. You can get ahold of 400iu Vitamin E tables quite easilly.

Having tried Vitamin E + Viagra several times now, i am fairly confident that Vitamin E gives the Viagra a serious boost in effectiveness.
I'd be interested for someone else to try this on an empty stomach and take a super high dose Vitamin E tab with a Viagra and let me know how it goes. So far i've had almost spontaneous erections without actually doing anything sexually stimulating, which i've only very occasionally had with Viagra alone. It's given me the confidence to know if i take the two 15-30 minutes before sex, i am definitely going to be rock hard.

Hi there
I have read some reports also on the vitamin e.
I am not clear if it is suggested to take vitamin e daily and then with cialis or viagra etc
Or just take the vitamin e when taking the cialis or viagra but not necessarily taking the vitamin e every day.
cheers

I used to take vitamin E daily but, as far as I could tell, it did nothing to improve my erections.
I'll follow KUser's advice and try a higher dose this time.

AMI nasal spray - an update
I think it's time for an update on my experience with the AMI nasal spray for the treatment of ED.
I have already tried it four times - the first three on its own and the fourth in combination with Cialis and Vigamed.
The first time I used the spray, results were impressive. I had a massive erection that wouldn't go away, not even after ejaculation. Was it just a placebo effect? I don't think so.
Tests #2 and #3 were not as impressive. I had a good erection but nothing spectacular and I couldn't maintain it after ejaculation.
Test #4 was the most important. This time, I combined the nasal spray with Cialis and Vigamed and I was hard all the time, incl. long after ejaculation.
I didn't experience any relevant side effects, just some slight dizziness (all three drugs lower blood pressure) and dry eyes. The latter was a bit upsetting (the eyes are sacred to me!), but the AMI doctor had already warned me about it. I guess this is why you shouldn't use the nasal spray if you wear contact lenses.
So, as a final verdict, I would say that the nasal spray works and I'm happy with it but it's not as effective as Cialis or Vigamed.

Hi all
I take Cialis as my preferred choice. Not sure if others have had the same experiences but i wonder if at times you get a pill that doesn't meet expectations as others in the pack.
At times i take a cialis 20mg and bingo next time i try 10mg (cut in half) and no worries but not as strong erection.
Other times i take the 20mg and all i get is a massive headache and nothing else. Feel hot inside but not as in having a temperature but just a inner hot flush so to speak.
I have tried Vitamin E 500iu with Cialis but had no improved result with erection.
I am currently emperimenting with a product called Passion RX which is a herbal remedy and seeing if this with cialis may compliment each other or not have to take cialis at all.
Keep you posted if you are interested.
At times i am getting light headed and this concerns me a bit but can't quite put my finger on it just yet what is causeing it.
This is what i currently take and seeing if there is some agreement between them:
Cialis 20mg generally but at time cut in half to 10mg
Passion RX half a capsule a day (found full capsule too strong for me)
Vitamin E 400iu
Pommiegranite capsules 2 a day
Wild Blueberry capsules 1 a day
Any suggestions and experiences happy to get your thoughts.
Regards
