VIGAMED for the treatment of premature ejaculation
VIGAMED (oral phentolamine mesylate) is usually prescribed for the treatment of ED but I believe it may also be effective in cases of premature ejaculation (PE). Why? Because phentolamine acts via the sympathetic system - the physiological system that inhibits erections and controls ejaculation.
This is why after taking VIGAMED I always maintain my erection, even after ejaculation. And this is why I take much longer to reach the orgasm. I know this sounds too good to be true but it may be a bit frustrating if you don't suffer from PE or simply want to come quickly.

Here's a study that somewhat confirms my initial post:
'Since ejaculation is under sympathetic control, alpha-blockers have been discussed in the recent literature as a potential therapy for premature ejaculation. Basar et al. enrolled 90 men with premature ejaculation and treated them with 5 to 10 mg of terazosin. This study found that treament was effective in 67% of the patients, concluding that alpha-blockers are a viable option when treating PE patients'.
(Alpha Blockers and Ejaculatory Function: Miller Jr and Carson)
They don't mention phentolamine but since it's also an alpha blocker, I guess the same rule may apply.
