    Default My new regimen

I've decided to introduce some changes to my sexual health regimen (see my thread 'How to become a stud in five easy steps').

    Here's what I'm currently taking:

    Everyday:

    - L-Arginine aspartate 5g and pycnogenol 40mg (I'll probably change to PRELOX instead of taking two different pills)

    - Pomegranate juice

    - Vitamin E

    - No caffeine, no recreational drugs

    - Swimming 2x week

    On demand:

    - Cialis 20 mg

    - Vigamed 40 mg (oral phentolamine)

    [...]

    Any other suggestions, guys?

Flavio I am in. I really like your 5 step plan, I have a pool as well and the weather is getting nice again so I will try to follow your footsteps. I would also recommend a few slices of watermelon a week

Flavio, have you considered taking a small dose of a PDE-5 inhibitor every night before you go to bed? A urologist told me to google the studies on it, and there are now some on this forum. In one, after guys took 50mg of Viagra a night for a year and then stopped doing it, a good fraction of them still had normal function 6 months after they stopped taking the pills.

Platino: Thank you for posting. I drink a glass of watermelon juice everyday but I'm still a bit sceptical about its efficacy. But hey, at least it's fresh, healthy and low on calories.

Willie: I've heard this theory before, but again, I'm sceptical. Viagra is an on-demand drug and I don't like the idea of pumping chemicals into my body everyday. It could work, though. If you have any info on oxytocin, please post it here. Thanks, Willie!

I wouldn't worry about the safety of it. Don't forget the FDA approved daily Cialis.

I think the main issue for most of us is the money.

I would stick to the daily cialis only and take a very small does. Like your new regimen plan though Flavio

    Thanks guys.

Ever since I started taking VIGAMED, my sexual performance anxiety has never bothered me again - not even once. I still get a bit anxious before sex, but my erections are always strong. And this is not just a placebo: VIGAMED is an alpha blocker and can inhibit the effects of stress hormones (adrenaline is an erection killer).

The oxytocin spray is still a bit of a mystery, though. Whereas VIGAMED only deals with the consequences of anxiety, I believe oxytocin can actually get to the root of the problem and eliminate all anxiety. I tried it once and it was amazing: I never felt so happy and relaxed before.

    That ocytocin sounds barely legal

Flavio, if you take the injections, they'll just give you an erection for a few hours whether you want one or not. Is Vigamed like that too? Can you take it and get an uncontrollable erection that won't go away?

Injections? I don't take any injections, I use the nasal spray. And no, it doesn't give me a spontaneous erection, it merely calms me down and erases all feelings of fear and anxiety. Oxytocin could be a good solution if you suffer from sexual performance anxiety, but I doubt it will be helpful in cases of organic ED.

Does this oxytocin stuff require a prescription if buying in Canada? Or can you even get it in Canada? Is it herbal? I have never even heard of it and just say it one this forum today, very interesting for a nasal spray.
