Default Why aren't the herbs that actually work FDA approved drugs?

As we've seen, there are supplements, herbs, and vitamins that actually have scientific data backing them up, saying they can help ED.

This leads me to wonder: why aren't they ever developed into FDA approved drugs? The research says they can help, so why leave people to buy supplements that don't have strict safety standards? The rough thing about buying supplements is that you really do not know what is in them because there is no regulation. You can read awful things on the internet about lead and other nasty stuff being in them.

Most likely funding. All these major companies such as Bayer and others have the money to out their products through all the phases the FDA requires for approving and product. Small time natural or herbal companies do not have as much pull as the major corporations, money talks!!!!!!
