Concise List with Scientific Data on Every Currently Available Treatment
Note: the pdf file attached to the bottom of this post contains this list with links.
Every one of us on this forum wants to know what actually works to help ED, but unfortunately, ED information on the internet is often untrustworthy.
So, it will be a lot of fun to put our heads together to make one concise list of absolutely every currently available method of improving erectile function that has scientific data proving it can help with ED (supported by studies done on humans or animals). I use Google Scholar to find info. Hopefully we can all learn about treatments we haven't seen before, then come back and share success stories as we try them.
Please provide links to supporting scientific data on treatments not yet listed, and I will update the list.

Reason: Updating the list
Thanks, powerdude. I included one about diet and exercise because it was the only one I could find with a clinical study. I suspect horny goat weed probably has a good study done on it too. I'll keep searching.
A concise list of treatments will be really helpful and much easier to consult. I have one suggestion, though: Vitamins , supplements and herbal products are not approved by the FDA, so it doesn't make much sense to put them on a list of 'non FDA approved meds'. Therefore, it's probably better to create a separate section for vitamins, supplements and herbal products. What do you think, Willie?
I would put 'Quitting caffeine' on the lifestyle list, but I don't have any medical studies to back it up. Caffeine is terrible: some say it may increase NO levels, but it is a vasoconstrictor and increases adrenaline (an erection killer).
I'm going to bed and I'll update this list tomorrow.
This list is already a lot more expansive than I imagined it would be. It is promising that there should be something out there to help everybody given the wide variety of treatments.
You guys look like you have this list covered. I do not see anything I can add to make it better? Flavio Caffeine? Really? Did not know this can affect erectile dysfunction, I drink 3 cups a day and have terrible ED.

Hi Timber, thank you for posting!
I'm absolutely convinced that caffeine is terrible and can worsen ED. I was also a heavy coffe drinker and when I stopped, my erections immediately improved - even without taking any medication. If you do a google search, you'll find lots of similar testimonies.
This is not surprising at all. Caffeine increases adrenaline levels and it is a powerful vasoconstrictor: I have a friend who always takes a cup of coffe when he has a stuffy nose and it's very effective.
