    Default Tianeptine

Here's another drug that seems effective in the treatment of ED (and depression, too): tianeptine (brand name Stablon)

I love your list!! I would include the following -

    Injection Therapy
    1. Trimix (Prostaglandin, Phentolamine, Papaverine) (You need a Compounding Pharmacy to fill the perscription).
    2. Bimix (Phentolamine, Papaverine) (Compounding Pharmacy)

BTW I think the Boston Group uses a proprietary formula of Trimix as their mainstay. Trimix was used long before the Caverject system became the injectible of choice.

    Topical
    1. Trimix Gel (I do not know the ratio's or if the compounding pharmacies have any latitude to change them but I am looking into this - it appears interesting).

    Off label FDA Approved Drug
    .

Cabergoline (Dostinex/Cabaser) I know Flavio did not have much luck but I read a lot of info where you need to build up levels over a several month period. I have ordered this and will be trying it out over the next several months.

    Lifestyle.

Kegel excercises for men - Yep, it helps.

    Experimental

    Bremelanotide (PT 141).

Melanotan II (Supposedly a nice tan to go with your woody).

Willie, if you wish, I will go back and locate all of my links on these items, put them in a PDF and send them to you. You can review them, and where appropriate, cut and paste them to your list. I would appreciate a little edit too as I am raging ADHD and never met a word I couldn't misspell.

Hey guys. Thanks for the additions.

BuffaloBill, I appreciate your enthusiasm. Double check all the stuff you've posted because I think some of it's been covered. Also, make sure to include a link to a scientific study to back it up. I use google scholar. Make sure it's currently on the market, too. If it isn't marketed yet, we can just add it to Flavio's future ED treatments section.

I've been slow to edit the list lately because it's pretty complicated to do and I'm busy with work and school again.

Thanks bill, this one is very interesting:

"Melanotan II (Supposedly a nice tan to go with your woody)."

I read a similar thread in the herbal section and am about to post in it. Believe it or not this stuff works for relaxing your body and erections

I will get to work on it. I did see several of these mentioned in other posts but not in your thread - pehaps I was overzealous LOL. I have links saved in my bookmarks. I will get them all together and send them to you in a PDF to review. Everyhing I have listed is available although Bremelanotide and Melanotan II are not approved. I have been using the former for about 9 Months and have tried the latter. Post the information about them where ever you deem it to be most appropriate when you receive the PDF.

    Hi manfred

I know the names sound very similar but melanotan and melatonin are entirely different substances.

    Melanotan is a synthetic analog of the naturally occuring petide melanocyte originally created by the University of Arizona to help protect against skin cancer by inducing tanning without the sun. They synthesized three different analogs;

    Melanotan I (later called afamelanotide)
    Melanotan II
    Bremelanotide (originally known as PT141).

Melanotin II did produce sunless tanning but also produced sexual arousal and spontaneous erections as an unexpected side effect. Bremelanotide (PT141) was created to produce the sexual response without the tanning. PT141 was tested as a nasal spray but in Phase II trials produced a BP spike in a small percentage of the population and the FDA halted the testing. It is now felt that the nasal spray induced overdosage and unpredicatible absorbsion. Palatin is now moving ahead with testing in an injectible form which yields more precise dosing. Indications are that this has corrected the BP issue but the tests are not yet complete. Here are three links you can use for a cursory overview. I will provide more links if anyone is interested.

    Hope it helps.

    Hello guys

    I am a newbie here.

I am very interested to hear peoples experience on bremelanotide.

I posted two or three posts yesterday about it which were not published in the end, i guess because you guys had already opened a discussion on it.

I did not know that you knew about it so I was quite excited to post some info about it.

I am very interested in its libido as well as it erection enhancing properties.

Again, I don't know any studies to back this up, I'm referring to my own personal experience (I stopped drinking coffe several months ago and I've seen positive results) and testimonials on the Internet.

I seriously hope caffeine doesn't cause or worsen ED because I drink about 6 cups per day and I don't want to quit it!
