Going to cut back on the coffee them, let's see if that makes a difference? Think I might switch to tea!

Hi Willie!
Maybe you could include the brand names of some of the drugs listed on the original post. Here they are:
alfuzosin (Uroxatral)
lozartan (Cozaar)
oral phentolamine (Vasomax, Vigamed)
pentoxifyllline (Trental)
trazodone (Desyrel)

So far, I think the most impressive ones I've learned about are:
1. Nightly PDE-5 inhibitors and revascularization surgery because they can both be CURES.
2. Prelox because it actually has had studies done on it that show over 90% of guys with mild to moderate ED regained function (and this almost unheard of in the male enhancement industry).
3. Vasomax (or Vigamed) because, given Flavio's testimony, it sounds like it can actually work wonders on demand (whereas all these supplements take weeks of pill popping to notice differences).

Here's another one: Naloxone (brand names Narcan, Nalone, and Narcanti). It reduces endorphin levels and stimulates erections.
I only have this article about it and it's written in Portuguese:
Farmácia do prazer - SUPERINTERESSANTE

Yes, and PRELOX is actually a patented formula.

I just read that study on Naltrexone and I am impressed with the results. I just changed the name of one of the sections to include "Medicines Typically Used for Other Conditions."
All these medicines make me wonder a few things:
1. Why do doctors not talk about these medicines to us? I've talked to a few very successful doctors in the ED field who have not mentioned anything about all these drugs.
2. Even if we talk to doctors about these things, would they be willing to prescribe them, considering they are often designed for other health conditions?

We haven't mentioned dopamine agonists yet. DOSTINEX (cabergoline) seems interesting and you can find several studies here:
DOSTINEX - Prolactin, Hyperprolactinemia, Sex - Medical References (Cabergoline/Cabaser)
This is not FDA approved, though.
