    Yes, I guess that's possible. Psychogenic ED is a complex condition and is often associated with organic causes.

    Anyway, whatever the cause the cause of your problem may be, always consult a urologist before you decide to start any type of treatment.

    If I drink too much water before bedtime I notice I have firm erections when I wake up to go pee. Just keep drinking water all night and you can save on the cost of Viagra.

    In one of the articles I posted, it seems that the beneficial effect might not be only due to blood flow from erections oxygenating the erectile tissues, but the medicinal effects from viagra might actually have beneficial at a microscopic level. In one of the articles I posted above, post prostate surgery subjects who does not have nocturnal erections after surgery even with nightly viagra eventually regain some of their erectile functions and increased smooth muscle content after a long period of chronic nightly viagra.
