Default How to become a stud in five easy steps

Here's what I do to improve my sex life, I hope you'll find this helpful:

    a) Cialis 20 mg

I've been using it for six months and it is my favourite ED drug. I take it two hours before sex.

    b) Oral phentolamine 40 mg (Vasomax, Vigamed)

I've only tried it once but results were fantastic. If you suffer from sexual performance anxiety, phentolamine, an alpha blocker, could be the perfect drug for you.

    c) Penis ring

Blood goes into the penis and it doesn't come out: it's as simple as that.

    d) L-Arginine aspartate 5 g

I've been taking this (brand name in Portugal: Asparten) with good results for the last three months or so. It's a natural supplement that should be taken everyday. I'm seriously considering changing to PRELOX (arginine + pycnogenol) but the latter only contains 700mg of L-Arginine aspartate, whereas my current supplement has 5g. Any thoughts on this?

    e) Healthy lifestyle and diet

No recreational drugs, no smoking, no coffee, healthy diet.

This is not as complicated as it seems and, believe me, it's worth it. These five easy steps really work.

Very good point my friend. I am going to try L-Arginine aspartate 5 mg next week, very good tip. Does it actually work in a similar fashion like Cialis? I am going on a very healthy diet this week and will add L-Arginine aspartate 5 mg to it, let's see the results, I will keep you posted.

    Hi Sazop!

I'm always very sceptical about natural supplements, but L-Arginine aspartate definitely works. It should be taken everyday and works by generating nitric oxide that is essential for erections. Cialis is a bit different: it is an on demand drug that inhibits an enzyme called PDE-5 thus enabling stronger, more durable erections.

The big question is: how should I take L-Arginine aspartate? I am currently taking 5 g everyday, but there is another product called PRELOX that contains only 700 mg per pill but also contains pycnogenol. Is it worth taking less LAA + pycnogenol, or should I continue with my current regimen? That's my dilemma.

I am going to give L-Arginine a shot myself, sounds so promising, but do you have to take it for several weeks in order to feel the effects? Or is it like viagra where it works the same day for a few hours?

Good question. Yes, you have to take L-arginine aspartate for several weeks until you start to see some results.

If you're interested in taking it, try PRELOX and then tell us how it went.

Thanks Flavio, I might just give the Prelox a try and will report on if it worked or not.
