    Default Performance anxiety

Performance anxiety is probably the most common and least discussed cause of erectile dysfunction. Here's an excellent article on this subject:

I have to agree with this. Most of my problems are performance anxiety!!! I always get worried how long I will last and if I will last long enough to satisfy my partner. Viagra does help with erections but I wish there was a pill that helps premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction at the same time....

You don't need a pill to help you with premature ejaculation, just use a cock ring. It's a wonderful solution, believe me. You can buy it at any sex shop and it's very effective: it's discreet, easy to use and will make you last much longer.

I agree with Flavio. Cock rings are good but you do need an erection first..... Once you get a boner you can put on the cock ring and it will stay hard for some time, even if your mind wonders of topic SEX...

My doctor (urologist) prescribed me a drug for sexual performance anxiety. It's called trazodone (brand name in Portugal: Triticum) and it seems too good to be true: it treats anxiety AND improves libido. If you're suffering from sexual performance anxiety you might want to try it, but always consult with your doctor first.
