Alternative not herbal

Are there any alternatives to Viagra that are not herbal? Exercises maybe? I don't know anything? I have heard of some kind of a surgery you can do that has something to do with a pump? Anyone?

Surgery? No way. The only ones I know about is herbal viagra, horny goat weed and taking allot of saw palmento and gingko... But I have never heard of any type of surgery that gives you an erection when need like viagra??????
