    Default Boiled Broccoli Broth

Prof. Saracoglu recommends drinking the water that broccoli is boiled in to treat BPH, Prostatitis, IC(Interstitial Cystitis) and urinary tract infections. I decided to try it to see what would happen.

I found the best method is to cut off the stems and use only the florets. Put them in a pot on the stove and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the broccoli is soft. Using a lid on the pot will help.

I drank one cup of this broth on an empty stomach. About two hours later my erection was much firmer than normal and would stay up longer. I call it Vegetable Viagra.

I did it just the way I said in my first post. For prostatitis Prof. Saracoglu recommends boiling for only 5 minutes. For erections I found it worked better to over cook the broccoli.

He has a web site if you want more information. There are two locations:

Chronicprostatitis.com CP/CPPS Chronic Prostatitis and Broccoli Protocol

    Recommended Intake and Preparation

He gives more exact directions for the cooking process, but for our purpose some experimenting may be helpful.

If you want to research it further, Google broccoli treatment.
