Default Pom wonderful Pomegranate Juice at Albertsons

Thanks to Willie for pointing out this Pomegranate Juice website. The erectile dysfunction natural booster. Have been doing some research on it and most men do say it can boost and help the libido, here is a snippet from there website:

"There has been a lot of talk lately about the role of pomegranates in promoting heart health, prostate health, and proper erectile function. Packed with potent health benefits, POM Wonderful Pomegranate Juice is the real Antioxidant Superpower"

The best part is they sell it at albertsons, I have like 3 of them around my area, for those of you who do not have one they also have ir at Ralphs. Check out Pomwonderful.com

I have tried many antioxidants, including pomegranate juice. I find there is nothing special about pomegranate. Red grape juice works just as well and is much less expensive. What counts is the ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity) value. It is best to take antioxidants from as many food sources as possible, at different times of the day.

According to oracvalues.com cloves and cinnamon have some of the highest ORAC values. Unfortunately it is difficult to eat a lot of those. Acai berry powder is very high but so is the price. When looking at the chart keep in mind that dried foods will rate higher per 100 grams than those containing water. It is easy to drink a lot of dark colored fruit juice, but watch out for the calories.

My favorite is cocoa powder. It has a very ORAC value, is inexpensive and is easy to consume in large quantities. I find that mixing one tablespoon of cocoa powder in hot water with sweetener is an easy way to consume it. Do that two or three times a day and most older men should notice an improvement in their stamina. Cocoa also has a large amount of arginine and magnesium, which also help.

In pill form my favorite antioxidant is astaxanthin. It is the red pigment that gives crabs, lobster and salmon their color. It also acts as an internal sunscreen to prevent sunburn. Since it is fat soluble it builds up in your body so that the benefits are always available, even if you forget to take it for a day.

The best tasting and freshest not-from-concentrate pomegranate juice I have ever tasted is from the Evolution brand. That is the only pomegranate juice that actually taste like fresh pomegranate. I tried about 6-7 different pomegranate juices already. As to the improvements to erection, I am not sure. Maybe a little.
