Yohimbe is horrible

I tried yohimbe a couple of times and it was horrible. Side effects were unbearable (insomnia, anxiety, irritability, behavioral changes) and I don't even know if it was effective (I used it in combination with Cialis, my #1 ED drug). Sure, it made me more agressive, but did it actually improve my erections? I don't think so.

Anyway, I don't intend to try yohimbe ever again. It's a lousy product, there are no studies that show its efficacy and it's no wonder the FDA has declared it 'a dangerous substance'. I'm not too fond of the FDA, but this time they are absolutely right.

I've heard it can have horrible side effects like you described. I tried it a while ago and, while I had no side effects, it did nothing to help sexual ability.

Same here, tried it a few times and nothing!!!!! Not even a side effect. Did not even know that natural supplements can produce side effects....

If you read the medical studies on the supplements, most of them require you to take the supplement every day for several weeks before an effect is noted. The study we found on yohimbine is this way; the guys took it for a while to see the effects.

This is the same with horny goat weed, you have to be taking it for at least 7 days to feel something different? The problem is it does get me horny but when it comes time to get a real erection then nada...

I don't know maybe its an energy enhancer like caffine.. because i do get the insomina results after I have taken it with viagra had intercourse and ejaculated and want to sleep but i can't. nothing worst than trying to sleep and u can't..
