Shakes and Horny Goat Weed

Just wanted to give you guys a little secret that I do when taking horny goat weed. I only buy the liquid drops and find they are much better than tablets. The only thing I cannot stand is the taste. It does taste a little like oregano. So before heading to work I have a shake every morning. Put 2 teaspoons in the shake and you will not taste the horny goat weed at all!! Just an FYI for everyone.

That's a good way of getting it down without the Yucky face LOL. I usually take the pills but next time I am at gnc I will ask them if they can get the liquid horny goat weed drops. I take a shake before the gym so this just might work as well for me as it does for you.

I would think mixing it with anything in the blender would be fine, just not grapefruit juice!!!! I do not know if grapefruit juice affects horny goat weed but I know that some prescription medication does......LOL

I have tasted the liquid drops and they taste so bad.... I could not imagine how your shake would taste if you had to insert horney goat weed into it GROSSSSS
