Default Almonds and nuts for ED

I have heard that allot of nuts including almonds are good for erectile dysfunction (ED). Does anyone here eat allot of nuts? I sure do like them but what are the best kind for impotence? I read the article about Brazil nuts and ED but do not know where to buy Brazil nuts? What other kind of nuts can I eat or almonds? I am at work all day and always need something to munch on, nuts would be perfect and I sure could use the help with my ED>

All types of nuts are very good for ED. i would eat allot of almonds, berries and if you can get your hands on some Brazil nuts that would be good. If you drink shakes try some protein shakes with hazelnuts in it. In the blender of course.

I have also heard that pistachios can be a tremendous help with blood circulation? Has anyone heard about that? I do not eat much nuts but pistachios are always in my car and I can eat a whole truck load full of them in a week

    Default Peanuts and more peanuts

When I take a handful of peanuts at night, I get good morning erections.
They used to work for me initially, but when I got used to it, it's not the same. So I have switched to my vpowerherbal tea. A bit bitter, but it sure does the trick. So I add some brown sugar to it. Tastes like dark coffee with herbs!
