Default 2 pills of horny goat weed
Is taking 2 pills of horny goat weed ok in 24hrs? I usually take one in the morning and then another at night but am not sure if this is safe? I mean horny goat weed is all natural right so no big deal?

That's what is says on the bottle I have, the recommended dose is 2 in a 24 hour period so you should be ok to take horny goat weed twice a day.

I agree 2 pills a day is fine, horny goat weed is not a prescription med should be ok to take twice a day. Are they 50mg or 100mg?
