So I bough some Full spectrum horny goat weed at Whole Sale herbals and just wanted to ask some of you guys if you have tried it before. I just took the first pill a day and the bottle contains 90 pill, the cost was $40.... My question is should I only take one a day or two a day like the bottle recommends? Anyone with expertise on herbal horny goat weed please share.....

Wong, I have been using horny goat weed for years, not the Full Spectrum Horny Goat weed you mention but another brand of horny goat weed. Take 4 a week and you should be fine. I weigh 70 kilos and 4 horny goat weed pills a week work fine for me.....

Wong, I actually do use Full Spectrum Horny Goat weed I bought it at whole foods and take 3 a week and they have improved my erections, its not like viagra or levitra but it does help you get horny... jajajajaja, my recommendation would be 3 a week and you are good
