Fresh news on nanoparticles for ED

I have good news and bad news on nanoparticles for ED.

The good news: There's a new study that shows the efficacy and safety of this topical treatment. The new system was tested on rats with a success rate of 90% and no side effects. The paper, “Nanoparticles as a novel delivery vehicle for therapeutics targeting erectile dysfunction,” is published in the September 18, 2009 online edition of the Journal of Sexual Medicine.

The bad news: I haven't read the paper yet, but according to the reliable edproducts.org, we may still have to wait another decade until this revolutionary treatment reaches the market.

I have no idea why we still have to wait 10 years for this. It's absurd and frustrating. I mean, we're talking about licensed substances that are safe and effective (nitric oxide, Viagra, Cialis), the novelty is just the method of delivery.
