I've been using VIGAMED (oral phentolamine mesylate) for the last couple of months and I can't praise it enough. VIGAMED is an alpha blocker, a drug that inhibits the effects of stress hormones and promotes blood flow to the penis.

You don't need a prescription if you buy it online.

It works within 15-30 minutes of taking and the effect lasts for approx. 5 hours.

VIGAMED promotes blood flow to the penis, but it is not a PDE-5 inhibitor: it works by blocking the physiological system that inhibits erections (sympathetic system).
