How long to get order approved

I just submitted and order with selfserve and wanted to ask you guys how long do they take to review it and approve or deny it? If anyone has ordered from them before, I just placed an order for cialis and it is my first order online so any feedback would be appreciated.

check charges to your card, that's how I knew I was approved but I never ordered from selfserve.....only took a day from atlantic.

I always get a confirmation e-mail, but before that I get an e-mail from the physician asking a few more questions about my medical conditions, that was only the first time and not for the refill.
