Not sure if i should be posting this in the scammer section just yet but my frustrations are building up more and more with each passing day with AtlanticDrugs.com. I placed my order on august 15th...2 days later, perscription granted (assuming because visa was charged) and according to the online status of my order, it had been "sent to Pharmacy". Well here we are almost a month later and still no meds. I called them up last week and spoke to someone who had told me that the pharmacy had run out of stock but it had just been replenished and that i should get it in 4 days.....7 days since and still waiting.
Anyways this is my first time ordering online and went with AtlanticDrugs.com because of good reviews. I know they're alittle more pricey but i figure better safe than sorry!!!....So my question is....in your opinion, is this normal? Has anyone gone through the long wait? Maybe it has something to do with it being shipped to Canada??(but i made that perfectly clear before i did the online consultation) How long would you wait before you notify your credit card company. Thanks. |

Well for atlanticdrugs it is not normal, If you ordered on August 15 you should have had your order by now. It must be a stock issue they are having but tell them that is not your problem and you should receive some sort of compensation for this.
About contacting the credit card company wait for at least 31 days and tell them you will do a chargeback if they do not deliver your order. Do not wait longer than 90 days because after 90 days you cannot do anything about it with the CC company. Hope that info helps and let us know if you get your order... |

Thanks for the reply Batman...I spoke to someone on monday, he said that i should have gotten it by now and that he'd look into it and call me back....Its wednesday now and he still hasn't called. I'm gonna call him tomorrow again and let him know that i will contact my CC company in one more week.

I had spoken to them on friday 12th of last week and after putting me on hold for quite some time, he comes back and tells me that there was a problem with customs and that my order was returned back to them(US pharmacy)....after deeply apologizing, he said that they could refund me OR ship it out right away and that i could have it by tuesday the 16th, he sounded very apologetic over the phone so i figure i've waited this long!!!...if i could get it in a few more days at least i'll have them....right???? WRONG!!!!.... Its September 17th, 1 month and 2 days since placing my order and 1 day late from last weeks promise that i would recieve it by yesterday and guess what....NO MEDS!!!... Called them up this morning.....again!!!! and he couldn't even give me a tracking # for the order. So i told him that by friday i want either my meds or my refund, if i don't get my meds i'll call him back for my refund or i will notify my CC company.

I Agree.....Honestly, they were always quik to answer my calls, they were always professional over the phone and never blew me off once even after all the attitude and frustration i showed them. I honestly believe that what ever the problem was, it was not in their control.
