approved stamp on paperCalifornia Senator Approves ED Help for Sex Offenders

According to a recent article posted on the examiner.com Senator Barbara Boxer has failed to return phone calls to the media about her recent vote on the unpopular health care reform bill. Congressional Research Service (CRS) has released that this bill will provide erectile dysfunction drugs like Viagra and Cialis to rapists and sex offenders, all tax payer funded. Details are emerging that will require some alterations to the new health care bill.

Republicans are sure that this bill will in fact haunt Democrats in upcoming elections. John Stanton of Roll Call reported recently that “the Congressional Research Service confirmed in a memo that rapists and sex offenders may get federally subsidized Viagra and other sexual performance enhancing drugs under the recently passed health care reform law”. He added “According to the CRS, under existing rules there are no prohibitions against providing erectile dysfunction drugs to rapists, pedophiles or other types of sex offenders.”

The National Republican Committee
Amber Marchand, spokeswoman for The National Republican Committee said that “Barbara Boxer had every chance to stop this disgusting and disturbing provision, but she opted instead to make Californians foot the bill for this part of the Democrats’ far-left agenda.

The National Republican Committee called her vote disgusting, disturbing, and revolting after exposing Boxer’s vote to provide ED drugs to these convicted sexual predators.

Boxer recently appeared with on CNN’s Larry King with Chelsea King’s parents promising tougher sexual predator laws. She failed to mention however the part of the health care bill to help sexual predators.

A 30 year old repeat offender in San Diego abducted, raped, and killed Chelsea King. Boxer wants to toughen the sexual predator laws because it was revealed during investigations that there were several missed opportunities to put this rapist/murderer back in prison.

Senator Boxer will eventually be forced to explain why she would vote in a bill, in a State with over 12% unemployment, which would help these convicted rapists and child molesters with tax payer subsidized drugs.
