Also, try standing and sitting up straighter, move your shoulders back, and stick your chest out there a little more. This will give your lungs more room to expand easily. 3) A big cause of many circulatory problems is cholesterol. High cholesterol can manifest problems with ED as the plaque in cholesterol can sometimes start affecting the small blood vessels in the penis before other arteries. Lowering you cholesterol can be as easy as drinking plenty of water EVERY day, eating 5-7 fruits and vegetables or more a day, and eating high grain cereal like Cheerios.
