More great foods that boost the libido and help ED
Finding the root of the problem when it comes to erectile dysfunction is not easy, but preventing it in the first place with a balanced diet that includes foods that are actually good for your libido is. Some of the most common cases of impotence reported online are psychological ED, which mostly revolves around mental issues and anxiety in obtaining an erection. Another common factor is the lack of a proper diet. Sitting in an office all day and eating take out foods (yes that includes Chinese and burger king), can take its toll on your libido and sex life.
