The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman The Movie
Maybe some of you have read the book by Jamie Reidy about a top sales representative for Viagra in the late 1990′s. Well the book is available at Amazon.com and it is called “Hard Sell: The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman“. Based on several news sources on the web such as Reuters, a movie will be released next year based on this book and it will feature 2 well known actors Jake Gyllenhaal from Brokeback mountain and Anne Hathaway who stared in “The Devil Wears Prada”. Hathaway plays a woman who is suffering from Parkinson’s disease and Gyllenhaal who plays the Viagra salesman enters a relationship with here. The relationship starts by Gyllenhaal visiting Hathaway on a sales call.
There is not much more detail about the movie and it starts filming late in 2009. If you cannot wait to find out what the movie will be about the best place to start would be getting the book. The movie is based on it and is what looks to be a very good read. By reading the first few pages on Amazon it talks about a boy who did not want to be in the military and looks for a job elsewhere, his father did not approve because he was in the military himself and wanted his son to follow his footsteps. This is the part in the book where Jaime looks into the pharmaceutical sales business and lands a job for Pfizer the makers of Viagra.
