For some younger guys it is not time yet but there will be a time where you want to become a dad and be able to please your wife without worrying about infertility and erectile dysfunction. If you tackle these few tips we are going to mention below early enough, you can have better chances on avoiding infertility and possible Impotence and ED issues in the future. These tips we are going to mention will include everything from Laptops to riding a bicycle, but first let’s define infertility for those of you who are not clear on it.
What exactly is infertility and how can it affect me?
To give you the scientific explanation it is the inability for a person or in this case a man to contribute to conception. In plain simple English it means you are not able to make babies and for women it means they cannot carry a pregnancy for a full term. There are two kinds of infertility one being primary and the other secondary in which primary means a couple has never been able to get pregnant.

Here is a list of issues that can contribute to both impotence and infertility and avoiding these can increase your chances of lowering your risk and lead a happy health life as a parent and without Erectile dysfunction:
1) Are you a smoker, then it’s time to quit Smoking
2) Wearing tighty whites, then consider boxers or briefs
3) Ride a motorcycle or bicycle, then make sure you have a soft seat
4) Change up your diet and eat less fat
5) Try to get enough Vitamins, like C and E
6) Avoid using your laptop on your Lap and put on a table instead
7) Get to the gym and try to squeeze in 4 hours a week of exercise
There are a few more but for now you can start off with these to reduce your risks. The oddest one out of all is the laptop one but do not take this one lightly. Did you know that the heat from a laptop getting close enough to your testicles can be a major cause of infertility? Just place it on a night stand to avoid it in your general genital area.
