Diabetic men happy with Vardenafil aka Levitra
According to a study done back in 2006 by “Eurekaalert” men with diabetes are happy and satisfied with well know Vardenafil aka Levitra. The study was done in an effort to compare Vardenafil to Sildenafil also known as Viagra in men who have diabetes and for the ones who suffer from hypertension. The results of the study showed that Levitra was more effective and most of the patients who participated in the study preferred Vardenafil over Sildenafil.
How many men participated and what did it consist of?
Over 1,000 men participated in the study, they had to undergo a treatment which consisted of using each one of the medications Vardenafil (Levitra) and Sildenafil (Viagra) for a month with a break period of a week. After the study was concluded the patients where asked several questions, there were over 10 questions but the most important was: Did you prefer Sildenafil or Vardenafil? 38% of the men who said that they liked Levitra better and only 34% said they preferred sildenafil, the rest had no particular preference.
An interesting discovery in the study was that many men said that Vardenafil had a better firmness in erection compared to sildenafil and in terms of overal sexual performance, function, maintaining erection and satisfaction. Today there are currently 3 PDE5 inhibitors and the most popular in Sildenafil aka Viagra, the second on the list is Cialis also known as Tadalafil and the last one is Levitra, which according to the study is preferred by men with diabetes.
