Sounds ridiculous but heated car seat’s can actually lower the overall quality of sperm in men. There are many cars and mostly trucks that offer heated seats as an add on but next time you are buying a car make sure to keep in mind that those heated seats the sales guys is trying to get you to buy as well can affect your sperm. A study conducted by a German university claims that if men sit in a heated seat for more than and hour and a half then they are at risk of increasing the scrotum temperature resulting in worse sperm quality. However they made no conclusion yet and it was only a study concerning the heated car seats and sperm.
Did you know that sperm production depends on temperature and that testicles need to be a tiny bit under your bodies normal temperature to produce quality sperm? So seating in a heated car seat can boost the temperature in your testicles to make it on par with your body temperature resulting in bad sperm quality. So try your best not to seat in tha car on a long drive and heat the seat for more than 90 minutes, especially for you guys who still are planning on starting a family and having kids.
